Officials from the finance ministries of Việt Nam and Laos met in Hà Nội on June 30 to exchange experiences in mobilising, managing and using official development assistance (ODA) and concessional foreign loans.
On average, the country received around $800-$1 billion in ODA during 2021-25 period, except for 2022 when the inflow ped sharply due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
